This happened to me too, how do I fix this? I was originally on .591 deodexed. I through the .595 stock zip on my sd card, booted into D2 bootstrap. Wiped everything even the dalvik cache. It started installing than I got sector 7 error like above, whenever I tried to reboot I just got stuck at the M logo so I had to SBF back to .340 stock.

How the hell do I get from here to .595, If I got through all this again and then have SBF back to .340 I'll be pissed. Can I just flash to 588 and then flash 591? no wipe needed?

    You're on .340 right now?

Do as below. Skip step 3.

Edit: Also, if you have a nandroid from when you were on gingerbread (not froyo) before, you can get to .595 and just advanced restore the data you had. Saves some trouble.
