Root Recovery Menu Issue

So, I rooted my phone and went to put the recovery menu on, just like the noob guide instructed, but it won't let me. It keeps saying mount: operation not permitted. Am I doing something wrong?

Well let me see if I can remember - might be able to help if you haven't already done it -or someone else may have already helped?

Did you unzip file(s) before putting on root of your sd_card?

CWM is avail in a unofficial build by me. Is submitted for official build tho

do a permanent root on your phone and do it the terminal emulator way and make sure terminal has root permissions, its really the easiest way without having to spend 30 minutes setting up adb and getttin everything going
