Long story short, I'm now stuck on stock 2.1 without root and my recovery image is stuck at the clockworkmod from previously using rom manager. I need to flash my nandroid but clockwork recovery gives me some error when I try, I know the stock recovery image will let me use my nandroid so I need to know how to switch back to it. Unless there is a way to flash a nandroid from the clockworkmod recovery image, I need to go back to the stock one. I've deleted the whole clockwork file from my SD card hoping that would make the phone revert back to using the stock image but it still loads clockwork when I boot to recovery so I'm assuming that this is somehow loaded in the internal memory. Please help me figure this out, how can I flash my nandroid or reflash the stock recovery!?

Anyone? I was wondering if by formatting "wiping" a partition like boot, system, data I would be able to get on the right track?
