I took delivery of the S8+ today!
I like it, but I'm not amazed by it. It's certainly fast, the screen is amazing and I'm not finding the finger print scanner location too much of an annoyance. The settings menu is confusing though and it feels as though there are options within options, within options.
I must've had a defective device as where the edges of the screen start to curve, they turn pink. It's most noticeable (obviously) on a white screen and now that I've seen it, I can't un-see it. I knew there would be some distortion around the edges, but I don't recall pinkness on any of the demo units I played with and the left hand side of the screen is much pinker than the right.
I called my carrier and they're doing a straight swap tomorrow.
Any one else have or heard of this issue?
