Red Tint

Hi, does anyone else have the Galaxy s8+ with the red tint problem? I tried going into settings and change the color balance, but I still have a red tint. Any other way to fix this? I will be going to Sprint after work.

Make sure the blue light filter isn't on. Assuming it isn't, I'd take it back and exchange it.

Yeah, but AC are just repeating what Samsung say. I've met an example and it couldn't be adjusted away, which is what the OP reports too.

Remember that when S4 owners complained about storage Samsung told them to move apps to sd and issued public statements to that effect, despite the phone not actually having that feature (they added it subsequently when the mainstream media picked up on this, but only then). So I don't take statements like that at face value - they want to close this down, and have form in not checking whether their answers are correct first.

So Samsung appears to admit some issue as far as the tint goes. They claim they're working on it!
