Root Red Triangle After Reflashing Stock Recovery

I've been rooted and running a custom rom with zero issues (this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2716843). I then started getting messages everyday to download and install latest OTA (which I'm happy without).

After getting fed up with the constant messages to install I decided to relock bootloader, flash stock recovery and install the OTA.

I reloacked the bootloader and then flashed (the correct) recovery.

I am now stuck with a red triangle and only able to boot into bootloader. When I try fastboot device is not found, so I can't even reflash TWRP. I'm fully backed up so if I can reinstall TWRP I will be fine.

Also tried factory reset, but it sends me directly back to bootloader. Also have to remember I'm relocked.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Ran RUU, working fine.
