    Only if you're rooted. The closet you will find is quick app cache cleaner.

    When you uninstall an application, does it leave remnants of itself in the registry like windows?

    Pretty sure only windows has registry entries. So I dont think you would have this issue on our phones or linux in general.

    That's good news because I am jumping from Palm and it had a file called Preference... & some uninstalled apps would leave junk behind. That would start to slow things down.

    I know what the registry is in Windows. Android-based phones run "Android", not Windows. There is no registry.
