Where does APPS go once you put them in the Trash Can?? Can they be brought back once they are trashed???

There is no trash can, but if you un install an app it can normally be reinstalled if you wish - you will need to download it again unless it was initially installed from an .apk file and you still have the file.
Paid apps (from playstore) when un installed can be reinstalled without paying again.
