Help Remove FB Contacts from Contacts

Is there a way to remove FB contacts from my contacts list? I have a hobby business (breed ball pythons) and I have over 3K people on my friends list (even though I also have a Page).

It's annoying that all these folks' are now in my phone contacts.

There is a check box in settings.

My phone isn't too hand but go to contacts, press the menu key and its in there somewhere
