remove pedophile default contact images

My Samsung Galaxy S3 just updated to Andriod version 4.3. Now the default contact image is a cartoon rendering of a pedophile. How do I either change the default contacts image or prevent it from displaying all together?

I guess what you see depends on what you think. All I see is the default image of what's probably a male human face.
