Remove Searching for Service Notification Panel

can someone tell me how to remove the searching for service notification on the notification panel footer? its really bugging me. its not blurred as well

I'm sorry, I don't see the "Searching for service" notification on the notification bar.

Could you press and hold it, then select "App info" and tell me what you see?

He's a new user so he can't post screenshots

He can save a screenshot, then transfer it to a PC, and then upload it to Photobucket or other image host.

Or, upload it direct from his S5 to the image host,

then give us a link to see that image shot.
