I side loaded the older Netflix app but am now getting an update alert with each video but it doesn't update. How do I uninstall the side loaded one to use the new release from September 9? Or is the update not worth it? I can't remember which site I downloaded the app from but it was probably a link from here. I have installed the samsung update if that matters.

Settings > Manage applications
To get to settings: tap the time/clock on the lower right of the bottom nav bar, then tap the settings icon, then tap settings again at the bottoms of the "short list" of settings. This should bring you to the complete settings page.
