removing widgets from desktop

    How do you remove a widget (or anything else) from the desktop?

    Just hold down and drag to center bottom arrow it turns into a trash bin and it will turn red then let go

    If you wanna put something back on , simply long press on an empty part of the Home screen and then you may select widgets etc.

    wow thank you ! i was just trying to figure out how to do that. But I did not fnd the drag and drop to be so 'easy'. I had to try it several times befoe it 'took'.

    mine does not change to red.

    Do you know any other way to rmove icons?
