The earbuds come with spongy ends (the part that fits in the ear) that appear medium sized. I'd like to try one of the two other alternate sized earbud ends provided with the phone package, but when I try to take off the existing earbud ends, they will not come off, as if they're glued on at the very ends. How do I replace the ends of the earbuds?

    Tug hard. Got mine off.

Usually just tug them off. If they won't budge, try giving them a twist and then pull.

FWIW I'm not really a fan rubber tipped IEM type earbuds. Mainly because they irritate me and difficulty in keeping them in.

You just need to find the right size @mikedt. For myself I need 10mm to actually stick them in. The ones that come with the S20 are probably 13mm.
