Replacing apps

Hi! Long time no see!

I was just wondering if you can delete stock apps on a rooted note and replace it with another app of you're desire without making it useless
Ex: Delete stock messaging app with messaging 7
Is this possible? :smokingsomb:

There are many bloatware apps that can be removed if rooted, but I don't think the stock messaging app is one of them, there is a list of apps that are safe to remove out by Josh Beach I believe, if I find it I will post it here for you.

Here is pretty much what you can do and can't do, post by Jermitano, I take no credit in this, simply post his hard work for your viewing. The list is made for the SII but it is pretty much the same. I know there are a few more out there, but hope this helps.
