    Hi there,
Just upgraded from a rooted Eris running 2.1 to a DX2 running rooted Gingerbread OTA and am happy so far.

My question: I would like to make it so that when I tap the messaging icon in the tray (ie: the four app buttons at the bottom of every home screen) it opens GoSMS Pro and not the stock txt app. Is there a way to do this? If so, how?

    thanks for your help!

Find a home screen that has space to add an app, go into the app screen and long press the app you want to add and add it to your home screen. after it is on your home screen, long press it and you'll notice the four icons along the bottom change, you can drag and drop the app to any of the spots down there and it will replace it.

For some wonky reason you gotta add what ever app you want down there from a home screen.
