[Request] Coder For Simple RSS Project

hi

I am the owner of a small, not-for-profit website. Hoping to find a free or inexpensive android coder to create a simple rss feed reader app for our website. I searched around and there seems to be plenty of open source rss readers that could be customized for this (would love to have something based on sparse rss ). I also will supply all of the icons/artwork necessary.
