IMAP and SMTP means you have the incoming server and the outgoing server name. IMAP itself as well as SMTP itself is just a protocol, not a server. To the requests you had:

    • Imap <--- YES
    • Always make CC to adress in all outgoing mails from account – not only BCC <--- YES
    • HTML read <--- YES
    • HTML signature <--- YES
    • Reply to different address <--- YES
    • Sync. all folders – draft, sent, trash etc. at Imap <--- YES
    • Push <--- YES (IMAP Idle)

Yes, this is for MailDroid. It has HTML signature with the ability for a full HTML editor and insert image option. Also, auto-CC/BCC is under account preferences in the inbox of the mail account.
