Root reroot help

OK so i'm a nub at this root thing i rooted my evo 4g using super user and keeped the stock os..... but then i updated my phone and lost root.... so now i don't know what to do can anyone help

Go to the root sticky and there you will find all the information you will need. If you are running 2.2, use that guide. If you are 2.3, then use one of those 2 guides.
