This is only an informational guide Relating to reseting Firefox browser on android and saving bookmarks.
I repeat this is only a guide.

This guide may or may not work for your device or program setup, and you may lose all firefox related data, and sync may become broken.
I am am not responsible if you mess up your device, Firefox, or anything else. Use this guide at your own risk.
What this guide is for:
To reset Firefox mobile browser to normal or normal like and save bookmarks.
Only bookmarks may be saved but no promises; everything else will be deleted.
Settings, addons, cookies, logins, saved passwords, site settings, config settings, some Mozilla apps, themes, and everything else will be lost.
You need access to /root core files using some type of file manage program like ..(edited).. or ...(edited)..
. or something similar,
and working internet on your phone.
Begin guide steps:
Step 1:
Restart your phone.
Don't start Firefox
Step 2:
Access /root
Then /data
Then /data (2nd data)
Then /org.mozilla.firefox
Then /mozilla
Then /files
Then /(a weird file folder name ending in .default )
Step 3: (very important)
Copy a file named "browser.db" minus the quotes.
Paste the file somewhere else (like sdcard)
Rename pasted file to 4browser.db (or whatever .db )
Step 4:
Go back to /root/data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/mozilla/files/******##.default
Now delete browser.db
Go to /root/data/user#/org.mozilla.firefox/mozilla/files/******##.default
Now delete browser.db
Step 5:
Open firefox, it should now be empty of your info, you're not done yet though.
Close firefox, turn off android sync /google account sync (if on)
Restart phone
Step 6:
Uninstall Firefox from phone settings. (Not from google play.)
Step 7:
Now (re) install Firefox from google play ( or where ever.)
Do not start Firefox yet.
Step 8:
Go back into /root/data/data....
Delete browser.db again
Go back into /root/data/user.....
Delete browser.db again
Step 9:
Take the pasted file from step 3, and rename it back to
browser.db
Then copy the file,
Paste it into /root/data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/mozilla/files/******##.default
Open Firefox, your bookmarks may or may not be back to normal.
Step 10:
Restart phone
Open/start firefox, recheck bookmarks.
Redo/re-enter your passwords, logins, Firefox settings, re add addons and Firefox apps, and so forth.
(Optional, turn back on android/ google sync for app data.)
Step 11:
Have a nice day.

Tested on huawei m931, ics 4.0.4 android smartphone. Firefox version 36 mobile browser.
You may like the guide writen above if you don't have "Firefox sync" or if you don't want to use "Firefox sync".

(Optional, turn back on android/ google sync for app data.)
Step 11:
Have a nice day.
