I apologize if this is a silly question, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Plenty on how to do the reset, which I'd already figured out, but not this question!

If I restore to factory settings, will everything that was loaded onto the phone when I got it still be there?

The reason I ask is that my device turns itself off randomly, and I want to try this (sounds like some other people have seen better performance) before trying an exchange at T-Mobile. But I'm concerned that some of the apps (Need for Speed specifically) would get deleted as well.

    Thanks for your help!

    1. Enable "backup my settings"
    2. After reset, login to the the phone using the google account with which you purchased the app(s).

Will that work...? NFS was preloaded into the phone on purchase, and I never actually was the one to purchase it.

If it came with the phone, then a reset will not remove it.
