no but here is how you do it:
    1.power off then
    2.press and hold power+vol down
    3.select recovery
    4.select "wipe data/factory reset'
    5.select "advance"
    6.select wipe dalvik cache
    7.select "go back"
    8.select"wipe cache partitions"

select reboot and you are good to go.

i got those off of my gf's evo and she has clockwork mod 2.6. those options are there. what do you not see? actually if you are not flashing a rom, you can just wipe data/factory reset and all of your data including settings and contacts will be erased.

If your friend has a gmail account, after you wipe the phone, let your friend sign into his/her gmail account using wifi. Then take it into Sprint and have it activated
