I just unlocked my bootloader and after rebooting, I have no signal. I did NOT call *228 but instead called the number on the VZW website and I cannot get my phone activated now. Anyone have this problem?

I would say perhaps a regional outage, but most likely not the case since I live just south of you and I'm running at full bars 4g. I can't see why unlocking would cause you to lose the ability to activate. not sure what recovery you're running, or I would suggest wiping your cache's and ext's.

I just got off the phone with vzw and they said no outages here and they were able to get to my phone on their end. They said to go to a corporate store and just grab a new sim card.

Not a stupid question as most dont know what is on the inside of the cover. Yes i did.

    I did this multiple Times.

As for an update, I ended up getting a signal this morning but they retired my sim card so i still had to get a new one.
