The Droid X ships with a short cut called "Favorites," a red contacts looking icon with a white star on it that is linked to contact Favorites. This was removed from a family member's Droid X. I do not see this in any of the apps, shortcuts, or widgets. Ideas?

I too accidentally deleted the red, starred Favorites icon/widget/shortcut, and like the OP, I can't find anywhere to re-install it. I've looked at Motorola widgets, Android widgets, shortcuts and even tried "Anycuts." This is frustrating. Would sure appreciate any tips on how to reinstall it.

Someone else solved this for me and I thought we posted the solution already with images. Anyway, here it is:

Long press until a submenu appears. Then go to shortcuts. Choose dialer, and then favorites.
