I have a Bell S3 that is unlocked, but every time I restore it to factory settings it looks like a Bell phone because of all the bloatware and stuff. Is it possible to restore the phone to a state before Bell got their hands on it? Like right out of the Samsung factory?

Best that can be done is to root and use an App like Titanium Backup to freeze or un-install the bloat.
