I used an Android app that lets me move some of my apps to my SD card! Is there any way to get my apps back to look at the ones that I already downloaded? If not will the program hurt my operating system, if I delete the program!

You can look in your sd card at all the app data folders to see what apps you have saved data for.

Deleteing the app wont do anything as saving to sd is a OS feature
