well, let's just say that they are similar to a part of the body that everyone has and that they, like that body part, are full of the same substance.
Perhaps there is some privacy setting that can keep your account name from appearing on a review, but I would rather think that these are fake reviews.

That is not true at all.
Google is full of fake reviews, especially for their own apps- and all of those worthless 'battery boosters', 'CPU coolers', anti-virus apps, 'cleaners', and the other piles of poop that the PlayStore spreads around.
