mine adhered perfectly. no air underneath the protector at all. i'd say it's a function of your installation...

also my screen is 100% as functional as it was without the protector

Unlikely, as my installation was per manufacturer's instructions (and I've done such installations dozens of times). More likely product or design defect.

mines went perfect. even the edges fit nicely. i had a heck of a time with dust even in a steamed bathroom but i eventually got them out and it looked great.

    ok. if you say so.

i'm way too lazy to remove my nexus from its case and take pics of mine, so i'll just leave you with this: if boxwave made screen protectors that looked as crappy as yours after installation, i doubt they'd be in business very long...

I had the same Issues as the OP. no matter what I tried the edges wouldn't adhere properly. I think the vzw nexus has more curvature around the edges than the gsm nexus. other than that the boxwave protector is top notch.

I'm getting the same thing for my Rezound. You guys have more options. I loved the Steinheil but it ain't available for the Rezound. That gap around the edges is usually the sign of dust or tiny debris but if you have done many of these then you would know how to prepare the screen first. I haven't had good luck with boxwave in the past as I thought they made a real crappy no glare protector but my choices are very limited.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but I'm going to have to agree with the OP on this one. I have some experience with screen protectors and other Boxwave ones specifically and I have the exact same issue as the OP. I am an engineer and very meticulous with my installation (absolutely nothing between the protector and screen, and placed perfectly) and the protector won't adhere around the edges. I ordered 4 of them (2 for me and 2 for my wife). I haven't put any of the other 3 on yet though. I tried contacting Boxwave last week and still haven't gotten a response back from them. Anyone else with this problem? What did you do?
