I can't figure this out. MY ring and vibrate always turns on when I just want it to ring.

When I am at work or w/e I have my phone set to just vibrate. When I get home I just turn the volume all the way up. And it seems like after doing that a couple of times, when I turn the volume all the way up it turns into ring and vibrate. It's very irritating.

What I find irritating is that notifications vibrate AND use a ringtone. I hate that I have to go into the text settings to uncheck vibrate when I only want to use a ringtone instead of simply switching between modes via the volume control.

In both cases, try the free app Sound Manager. It's helped many an Inc user for various vibe issues. Once loaded, press menu button for vibe settings (ringer & notifications separated).
