I put 3 cds worth the music on my phone and they are all in my music folder but I cannot figure out how they can appear in the ringdroid app list to modify it. Does it need to be in a certain folder or should I be able to edit it now. I tried selecting show all music but it didn't work.

you should be able to see it if its on your sdcard in a folder named "music". if not hitting the menu button and then show all should allow you to find them.

Not sure about on your phone, but I believe Audacity can convert them on your desktop/laptop
