Help Ringtone, also bluetooth question

Weird ringtone issue:
So far this has only happened once, and a reboot resolved the situation.

I have an mp3 ringtone (music clip) assigned as my default ringtone. My phone rang today, and the ringtone played 2 times one over top of the other, but staggered by about 1 beat. it was really strange.

Bluetooth:
I have a pair of Altec Lansing Backbeat 903 stereo headphones... Awesome unit btw... Why does it take so long to connect the headphones to the dinc? Sometimes it will connect audio (music) only and wont work with a phone call. Other times it works with a call, and the music wont work, until I stop and start BT, and also power cycle the headphones. I know the headphones are in good working order, as I had used them with my old storm 1 for over 6 months with no fail.

Bluetooth:
Same with the stereo in my truck, power cycle the BT on the phone or hitting the connect button on my head unit will make the phone connect.
