Apps Ringtone Path

Hi.

Is it possible to retrieve the path to the users's current ringtone? I've searched for this but have only been able to find how to set the ringtone to a specific path.

I would like to retrieve the path to the ringtone so that I can then play it via mediaplayer. (I can do this bit without a problem, just have no idea how to find out where the current ringtone is stored)
