I am having trouble figuring out how to change a ringback( not sure what it is called the music one hears when they call a person instead of the phone ringing not the ringtone?) I would like to change my but cannot find were to do that at. (BTW I am a 60 year old grandmother so please be patient with me

It's a feature your carrier provides, so you need to call them.
