I had rn=+1803351 added after every missed call. Seriously EVERY call from my husband, my parents, my child's school, daycare, etc. I reached out to Samsung using Text chat in the Samsung Members app on my Galaxy S8 phone. They connected me to am expert who provided me with steps that worked for me. If you have a different phone reach out to your manufacturer. I only know these steps worked for my Samsung Galaxy S8.

Steps to reset cache partition:

Unlike a master reset, wiping the cache partition does not delete your personal data. Wipe cache partition: 1.Turn off the device. 2.Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key. 3.When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options). 4.Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.” 5.Press the Power key to select. 6.Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select. 7.When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. 8.Press the Power key to restart the device.
