    So as someone who was not sure how or if I wanted to I would HIGHLY recommend it.

    I am now running Viper XL ROM and it is quite the improvement over stock.

    Yeah, Viper is great. Very stable and the customisation options are amazing. :)

    Agreed, best ROOM i have tried and the OTA update is second to none.

    Has anyone tried the cm10-evita rom? I've been on viper xl for a couple days after finally deciding to go custom rom and I feel the freedom.
    Viper XL, very sweet...
    cm10-evita, it installs but never boots up, even after wiping cache, dalvik cache, has anyone else tried it? and were you able to get it working?

    No sorry i have not tried it. Only other i have tried was the clean rom.

    Have you manually installed the boot image? If not,its not booting because your stock kernel is not compatible with any AOSP roms
