    Hi,

I rooted my phone to 2.1 using Villianrom 5.2, and am now purchasing a Desire.

I therefore want to basically do a factory rest back to 1.5. I did a nandroid backup, which I have on my PC.

Can someone provide instructions how to do this, or link to a thread, as I cant find one at the moment.

    Many thanks.

Plug your phone into the pc via usb cable. Move that file back to your sdcard, into the folder marked nandroid. Unplug usb, turn phone off, then press home & power buttons together, select backup/restore, nand restore and choose that file and run it.

    Should be done

Or you can flash the most up to date rom from the htc site itself
