Root Rollback Galaxo and Recovery

Does anyone have the original recovery image backed up somewhere? The external speaker on my i7500 crapped out and when I take it to get serviced I'd rather them not say "custom recovery, custom rom...your warranty is void."

Nevermind. The speaker does work when i call the phone...just not any other time.

Thanks for the tip, but the speaker works. The jack reports back to the phone that the headphones are always plugged in. I found a workaround in an app that disables that "feature" (headphone detection).

Just blow compressed air in the jack (maybe it's stuck) by using a straw.

Did that, but sadly to no avail. Had this been the 1980's I'd have removed a substantial amount of ozone from the upper atmosphere with my can-o-air escapades today.

Did you try this on GAOSP, Galaxo if the problem persists or are you on the stock Sam*censored rom?

I did upgrade to GAOSP, and that's where I noticed the [perhaps] new icon in the notification area that lets you know you're on the headphones...even when mine are not in the damn phone. Now I'm wrestling with getting the ability to log into google in Galaxo after the "downgrade."
