    yes some of those apps fab left or gave us the ability to install/uninstall or switch through the scripts he built in ....gives us the best of both worlds.....as far as the battery let your battery charge to 100%....then go into clockwork recovery then go to advanced and you will see ,,,,,wipe batt stats,,,,select it and wipe them and that should help as well but only do this when your batt is up to 100%....there are other little tricks for battery life you will find all over the forums as well

    im still waiting for fab to fix nexolution theme for 1.3.1. the menu white out patch so i can run it again

    I doubt Fab will be the one to fix nexolution since he wasnt the one to make it. It was made by DroidXChat

    I believe fab left it in. Just downloaded homeswitcher and u should be able to set it as default relatively easily

    This has probably been asked before, but would anything happen in I uninstalled ADW?

    It runs better on adw since that what fab built it with but I have used both and it should be fine

    I also run ex and had no problems when I uninstalled the regular ADW.

    Hey i'm new to this Droid X. So you guys look like your doing a lot of work. I'm very much lost. I have installed launcher pro. But still looking lost i see themes for rom rooting all kinds of stuff what should i do first? And to all this.

    does anyone else get problems with Gmail? every time i reboot or try to start it force closes

    TIiBu should be able to uninstall the ADW what comes preinstalled.

    try to uninstall it then reinstall it and resync

    I don't think you can uninstall the gmail account unless you reset the phone.

    Or menu>settings>applications>manage applications>all>gmail>clear data.... that works most of the time

    I just did sbf and am rooting stock 340. I forget, do I need to deodex as well? In order to put nextheme on there with the black notification bar?

    so i just flashed this onto my DX yesterday. I love it except for one thing, whenever i receive a text message it shows up as a duplicate and shows 2 messages in the folder as well as notification bar... does anybody know how to fix this?

    Use the terminal emulator to turn off one of the messaging apps using scripts

    type in:

    su (enter)

    messaging (enter)

    then messaging(space)[-mot] or [-aosp] (depending on which app you want to use)
