So, I rooted and am currently running the CM 9/15 nightly and the #14 uncapped. I know that when installing a new rom that one should wipe the cache and dalvik cache..not data. I use Rom Manager and the only option is to clear data and cache. How can this be done properly utilizing this app? I have done backups separately and installed nightlies without doing a wipe. Will this screw things up? Everything seems to be ok and my phone runs great. Also, when I also choose the backup option with the wipe option it runs but states that there is not enough internal memory to perform this and stops. Currently I have 83.67mb free. How much do I need?

You will have 'reboot into recovery' to only wipe cache and Davlik cache.

Then you will have to 'install zip from sd card' (make sure you know where it's at), then reboot phone
