Root Rom manager premium problems

Hey guys, ive just recently bought this program as im trying to swap from 2.1 with aps2sd to the NeoPhyTe ROM v1.5c rom. I've managed to update my radio files and done a nandroid backup through the windows recovery procress but stuck with flashing the new rom. Ive got busybox v1.160.0 from titanium backup and flashed the clockworkmod recovery and ticked advanced mode in the rom manager. When I select "reboot into recovery" it asks if im sure i want to reboot but when i click ok nothing at all happens, its the same when i try to install a rom from the sd card. Am I doing something wrong or missing something entirely? Thanks for your help

Yeah sorry about that lol, I will try and update my rom using the recovery in windows. I tried clearing the cache but that didnt work in rom manager
