This came about cause I just decided to take a break from Paranoid Android and looked to see what else I could port.

This is slim bean 3.1.0 based on jelly bean 4.1.2 and ported from the Optimus L7 using phenom's cm10 rom and includes the latest camera patch.

    # What Works:
    Everything that works in cm10

    # What Doesn't Work:
Slimbean ota (will likely never work, will try to remove the option in the future)
Whatever else that doesn't work in cm10
Start up tweaks do not work because i have not included the required scripts for them. They broke the rom in testing.

    # Minor Annoyances:
Shows 1x instead of 3g but still has 3g connectivity

    ## To avoid any potential issues it is HIGHLY recommended you flash the provided slim gapps, however if you are having issues with the play store updating then flashing the normal gapps is just fine.

    Downloads are here

Here is the default slimbean wallpaper

The rom runs smooth, and boots up good with no problems. It feels more like aokp than cm10. I replaced holo launcher with trebuchet launcher, had bad experience holo launcher in the past other than those things I expect that the audio playback doesn't work properly lol. This is a good rom overall glad that I got to test it. Some day I'll make my own rom too!

Audio playback doesn't work? Also slim bean is pretty much an aokp hybrid that's has been, slimmed down so that makes sense

One thing I just noticed though is that even when headphones are plugged in it seems like notifications come thru the speakers. If anyone can confirm

Ok thanks, earlier I had a notification just after I plugged in headphones and it sounded like they came from the speaker but my headphones are pretty loud so I wasn't sure. Thanks for letting me know

Can't believe I found a jellybean from under 100 MB! I'll let you know how well it works but my phone isn't activated yet.

Have a small maintenance style update I'll upload tomorrow. Removed boot to boot loader options, enabled both storage to mount instead of just the sdcard, cleaned up some files to give it a bit more smoothness. Will also update slim gapps.

At 430 am I just actually found a bug. The torch doesn't work. Will try to get it sorted.

It should, it should at least mount the external sd, the update I'm uploading later today completely fixes it

Then it might be a Windows 8 thing, you have all the necessary drivers installed right?
