Yes, just flash another ROM the same way you flashed the first one, it will over-write the previous ROM. Be sure to make a nandroid backup before flashing anything, it may come in handy at some time. Then clear data and cache before flashing a full ROM - ROMs work best on a clean slate.

After you flash a ROM and reboot, let the phone sit without touching anything for 10 minutes to give the cache time to rebuild. Then give it another reboot and you're ready to play :)

ok so here are the steps to flash a rom:
1.download and transfer rom of your choice to your sd card
2.go to recovery. power off then press and hold power+vol down. this will get you to hboot. select recovery
3.from there before you do anything, make a nandroid backup. anytime you make changes to your phone always make a nandroid backup.
4.wipe system, dalvik cache, and cache
5.select "install .zip from sdcard" and find your rom file and select it.
    6.select reboot

now it may take a bit for it to boot up because it has to build up dalvik cache. so dont worry too much if is taking awhile.

another thing i would like to say is that do not use rom manager. it tends to be buggy and i think it is much easier to do everything manually.

hope this helps. any questions feel free to ask.

    +1, great tutorial!

Expanding on what ocnbrze said about ROM manager, doing things manually teaches you more and you'll know how to do it if for some reason you can't access the phone's UI. I had a bad flash once and only had access to recovery, I'd have been stuck if I didn't know how to do things in the recovery UI.

If you're using ClockworkMod recovery, boot into recovery. Use the volume buttons to move and the power button to select.

In recovery press the volume down button to go to "Backup and restore" then press the power button to select it. This will send you to the Backup and restore submenu in which you press the power button to select "Backup". The backup will take some time but will send you back to the recovery root menu when it is done. From there you can clear cache, wipe data, etc. and flash a new rom.

ok so in clockwork mod there should be an option for backup and restore. select that then select backup. a nandroid backup is a snapshot of your phone. it saves all of your contacts, settings, apps, and data.
