So I recently installed GorillaSense-DHD-MT4G-v2.3. Its a pretty cool rom except my battery life is actually worse than it was when I was running stock. Looking for one that has everything working with no major bugs. Any idea's?? Thanks in advance.

I know it's not very original, but cyanogenmod 7 release candidates have been incredible for me. The first think i noticed was how much better UI looked and how much cleaner it was, the second was the ludicrously better battery life.

I can unplug around 8 am and go until midnight with fairly heavy use no problem. even if not as a permanent solution for a rom, give it a try for a day or two. You won't be sorry.

i agree with kimbernator, cm7/cyanogenmods roms are pretty good. i havent used any other roms to compare it with though. just make sure u read up on it before u add it. cm7 does have some gps issues as far as locking in on ur location (mine takes about 2mins) other than that i love it. on avg i get around 20+hrs on one charge.

Ill give it a try and let you guys know how it goes. I was hoping I'd at least get 1 suggestion to try a sense rom but guess I'll keep looking but in the mean time I'll check out cm7. Thanks guys.

If you want a sense rom, look for Teamroyal.

They specialize in roms for the mt4g, more specifically sense-based ones. I haven't flashed any, but the first one i do will probably be royalmint, i like how it looks.
