Root Rom with OTG support?

Is there a ROM with OTG support, specifically Ethernet with an Ethernet to Micro USB adapter?

I was wondering is there any hope for enableing OTG ? I know spock1104 did a custom kernel for stock that he States probably not because the power issues.
