Root root-app help

i have a question for you. i have the optimus v. i rooted it successfully with no issues. i got a new sd card and now i have issues. i unrooted and rerooted my phone. before when my phone was rooted i as able to move any app i wanted to my sd card thru various rooted apps. now i cannot move certain ones. plus, when i try to update the apps i forced to my sd, it wont let me update them. any help
