Root Root Question

I rooted my phone with some simple youtube instructions and have my SuperUser icon. Well I opened it and set the notifications like it said to do but after that what is next??? How do I get apps or is it just a wait until something pops up?

Gotta be something more to it i'm missing. Please help.
