I just rooted and have the superuser icon in my tray. I installed ROM manager and did a manual download of Ultimate Droid 0.8 and placed it in a directory on my SD card. I went to ROM manager and did an install from SD card, went to the directory, clicked the ROM and when prompted for Backup/Wipe chose wipe, I previously did a backup with Clockwork upon installing it. The phone reboots to a triagle with exclamation point and does nothing else. A battery pull will bring my phone back. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

You may have to reflash ClockworkMod. Flash SPRecovery, THEN flash ClockworkMod recovery again. Did you try that?

With those one click root the recovery doesn't stick right away. You have to flash an alternate recovery then flash back to clockworkmod. Once you get the rom flashed though you shouldn't have this problem ever again.
