Root Rooted Droid Incredible no longer will boot up

I have a rooted Droid Incredible and Last night I was doing a backup of existing ROM which I do through ROM Manager. After it went to restart the screen just stays at the white HTC screen. I removed battery and was able to boot into HBOOT and even recovery screen but can't get anything to work. Any suggestions?
