Root Rooted Galaxy S6 5.1.1 - SmartSwitch/Android file transfer not recognising device?

So, I rooted my Galaxy s6 today, everything is working fine except for file transfer. I installed this custom rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-xtrestolite-pure-edition-1-0-beta-1-t3082467

Unfortunately Samsung SmartSwitch and Android File Transfer no longer recognise the device when plugged in.

Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions for a possible fix?

EDIT: Got Android file transfer working by uninstalling SmartSwitch and drivers. That'll do for now I guess
