Thanks for all of the help before guys, and although I've found some answers, there are still some more that I will need some help with.

The first is, now that I'm rooted, I believe that I would like to go with the fresh rom, I believe that I have the llink to that, but does anybody have any other tutorials on how to flash a rom?

Also, once I flash the rom, how can I put some sprint software BACK ONTO the phone? Such as Sprint Navagation?

Lastly, once I flash my phone with the fresh 2.1 rom, will it be also faster and quicker and help to remove the dialer/texting lag etc?

Thanks for your help guys!

Fresh has a kitchen you can use to add or remove any stock apps you want, as this will be your first rom, that would be a good option for you anyways. Fresh should, at minimum, get rid of your dialer/keyboard lag.

I believe there is a link to it in the first sticky thread at the top.
